Vintage Cuban Yo-Yo handline fishing
Our story

An old idea,
sharper.

The Cuban Yo-Yo has fed villages for a century. We didn't reinvent it. We listened to it.

A note from us

We believe simplicity wins.

YO Fishing started with one question: what would a Cuban Yo-Yo look like if you gave it sidecast control and nothing else? Not a feature list. Not an app. Just a cleaner way to put a line in the water.

We design around three things: line, lure, connection. Anything that doesn't serve those gets cut. What's left feels obvious in the hand — and that's the point.

Every detail earns its place. Decisions happen faster. The fish is closer, sooner.

Grab your line, make the cast, fish your way.

Process

Four prototypes,
a hundred decisions.

Form, grip, balance, line flow. Print, fish, sand the edges, print again.
